One of our regular Danish customers from Aalborg University is purchasing lifepo4 battery from us for the fourth time.
Unlike the previous times, this time the customer no longer chose the lithium ternary battery which has high energy density but requires laser welding, but chose the lithium iron phosphate battery which has more stable and safer performance and longer cycle life. The customer emphasised that they need batteries with threaded holes, and they want to screw directly to connect the batteries instead of welding M6 bolts on the terminals.
Considering the customer's requirements, we recommended him the GFB 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery cell, which comes with M6 threaded holes and can be assembled by just screwing the bolts. As before, the customer still purchased 16 sample cells to complete their experimental work.
Specification:
It took us only 1 week to complete the preparing of the batteries. As the batteries needed to be couriered to the customer's address, we applied for dangerous packing cartons for these batteries. In this way, all the batteries were packed in UN boxes which meet the standard of dangerous goods shipped by air.
As UPS requires the weight of a single box to be limited to 24kg, the 16 batteries were packed in 3 boxes with a total weight of 41kg.

The shipment was picked up by UPS and delivered to the customer's designated address in just 5 days.
