Recently, Sunwoda battery brought its cell products to the Paris Motor Show, one of the world's five major auto shows; at the same time, its manufacturing base in Hungary will hold a foundation ceremony. Hybrid batteries make best-selling models

In 2018, Sunwoda selected Renault, France, for its HEV (hybrid electric vehicle) battery. The Dacia Spring model of Renault's brand equipped with this product was a great success in Europe. In just 8 months, it received more than 40,000 orders and became the best-selling electric vehicle in Italy. model and runner-up in French electric car sales.

So far, hybrid batteries have become Sunwoda's flagship product. From 2021 to 2023, the company ranked first in China's installed hybrid battery capacity for three consecutive years, becoming China's largest hybrid battery manufacturer. In addition to France's Renault, the company has established cooperative relationships with many high-end car companies such as Germany's Volkswagen, ranking among the top three in the world in terms of installed high-end cars.

In addition, the star product of the hybrid series, PHEV (plug-in hybrid vehicle) batteries, is gradually favored by more European customers. Due to its plug-in hybrid advantages, on the one hand, it can alleviate range anxiety and reduce fuel consumption; on the other hand, in the electrification Europe, which is slowing down and has high environmental requirements, is of practical value.

It is worth mentioning that Sunwoda’s world-first 6C flash-charging battery 3.0 in 2024 was also unveiled at this exhibition. It can be charged to 80% SOC in 10 minutes, which greatly relieves users’ charging anxiety and is suitable for pure electric vehicles. Flash charging battery 1.0 will be released in 2022 and has reached the industry-leading level after several generations of iterations.

Sunwoda's solid-state battery products will also be unveiled at the same exhibition. Many high-end car companies have begun to pay attention to the development process of solid-state batteries. Currently, Sunwoda's first-generation semi-solid-state battery has completed development, and cell samples of the second-generation semi-solid-state battery energy have begun pilot testing; the third-generation polymer composite all-solid-state battery has completed laboratory verification and is expected to be completed in 2025. Development; the fourth-generation all-solid-state battery is still under development, and laboratory sample production is expected to be completed in 2027. It is currently progressing smoothly.

In addition to the power battery product line, Sunwoda, as one of the companies with the most and most complete energy storage application cases in China, exhibited high-performance, high-security, and more stable energy storage lifepo4 batteries of 72Ah, 102Ah, 280Ah, 314Ah, and 625Ah. In 2024H1, Sunwoda ranked among the top ten in the world in terms of shipments of lithium iron phosphate battery, and among the top ten in China in terms of lithium iron phosphate battery production.
