Technical breakthrough

Cell Type and Upgrading

Applying 314Ah lithium iron phosphate square cell, a Lishen Battery new generation high energy density cell.
Compared with 280Ah cell, the cell external dimension remains unchanged, but its key performance indicators like capacity and energy efficiency are significantly improved.

Air-Cooled Battery Module Design

Fitted in 20’ container, installed capacity nearly 4MWh.
Project profit is increased while overall cost of energy storage system is reduced.

Applying patented technology

Applying “Air-Cooled Energy Storage Module”, the largest one globally independently developed by Lishen Battery.
The invention patent of innovative air duct cooling technology was awarded by United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Cooling Effect and Cell performance

The air cooling system controls temperature difference of the module within 4°C.
all consistency in its whole life cycle and long cycle life of the energy storage product under working conditions are maintained with the air-cooling system in place.
