We recently sent 700pcs 3.2V 100ah GBS-LFP100Ah-E lifepo4 battery cells to an regular customer in South Africa.
As before, the 100ah lifepo4 battery cells will be used in the 8S 25.6V 200Ah energy storage systems. We designed the jigs and straps according to the client’s application, which can bundle up to 8 cells, and provided suitable busbars and bolt assemblies for customers to easily connect and fix the cells.
The lifepo4 battery cells were tested uniformly before shipment, and the consistency of the batteries was very good.
You can refer to the following part of the test data as a reference:
The voltage difference is only 0.001V;
The internal resistance difference is 0.025mΩ;
We grouped the battery cells according to the customer's application to ensure that each group of 8 cells has higher consistency.
Regarding the shipping, 700pcs cells were packed on 2 pallets, totaling 1843kg and 2.597CBM.
The lifepo4 battery will be shipped to the port of Johannesburg via the port of Durban by sea, and it is expected to take about 32 days.
