Recently, the 2024 International Transportation Expo in Hannover, Germany (IAA Transportation 2024) officially opened. As one of the most influential commercial vehicle exhibitions in the world, this exhibition attracted more than 1,650 companies from 41 countries and regions. CATL will exhibit a variety of commercial power battery products at the exhibition.

On the day of the launch, CATL released the overseas commercial power battery brand CATL TECTRANS and launched five new products.

The super-charged version and long-life version of CATL TECTRANS-T are mainly suitable for heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Both products have a cruising range of 500 kilometers. Among them, the supercharged version has 4C supercharging capability, which can charge 70% in 15 minutes, minimizing vehicle downtime and improving fleet operation efficiency. The long-life version can guarantee users safe operation for 15 years or 2.8 million kilometers, meeting the needs of high-frequency and high-energy consumption application scenarios such as bulk, slag, and trunk and branch line transportation.

CATL TECTRANS-passenger car version is mainly suitable for bus passenger transportation. The energy density of this product reaches 175Wh/kg, which is currently the highest energy density in the passenger car industry. The ultra-high energy density can greatly enhance the flexibility of vehicle layout and improve space utilization. The product uses an advanced thermal management system to reduce the internal temperature difference of the battery by 50%, ensuring that the battery can maintain optimal performance under various climate conditions.

CATL TECTRANS-L super-charged version and long-range version are products launched by CATL for light commercial vehicles, meeting the needs of urban distribution and "last mile".
