Recently, BAK Battery officially launched the PRO-M high-safety battery, which not only meets the requirements of the new national standard, but also achieves dual upgrades in safety and performance, bringing a more reliable and efficient energy solution to short-distance travel.

Double innovation of materials + processes achieves all-round safety "without fear of needle sticks"

 

With profound market insights, BAK always accurately grasps the core needs of end users - both security and performance. BAKPRO-M high safety battery can pass the most stringent needle puncture test in the industry and meet the safety performance requirements of GB43854-2024 and GB40559-2024.

 

In order to ensure the stable release of energy under extreme conditions, the PRO-M high-safety battery uses high-temperature-resistant composite cathode materials, which are structurally stable at high temperatures; a composite coating is added to improve the heat resistance of the separator; a high-stability electrolyte is used to effectively suppress interface side reactions and enhance the safety and durability of the battery. In addition, the homogenization, coating and other processes are optimized to produce high-quality pole pieces, which improves battery consistency and ultimately achieves high-rate charge and discharge, long cycle and high safety performance of the battery.
